Key Responsibilities

• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures as per approved drawings and site requirements.
• Inspect scaffolding components before use and ensure they are safe and fit for purpose.
• Install scaffold boards, platforms, guardrails, toe boards, ladders, braces, and access systems correctly.
• Ensure scaffolding is properly secured, levelled, and stable.
• Follow approved scaffolding procedures, method statements, and safety requirements.
• Work safely at height and use required PPE and fall-protection equipment.
• Assist supervisors during scaffold inspections and modifications.
• Maintain proper housekeeping around scaffolding work areas.
• Report damaged or defective scaffolding materials immediately.
• Coordinate with construction, maintenance, and other site teams to meet work requirements.
• Follow all company HSE policies and site safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Scaffolder in construction, industrial, oil & gas, or maintenance projects.
• Good knowledge of scaffolding erection and dismantling techniques.
• Ability to understand basic scaffolding drawings and instructions.
• Knowledge of safe working-at-height practices.
• Physically fit and capable of working at height and in outdoor/site conditions.
• Relevant scaffolding certification or competency card is preferred.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
