Hiring: Customer Service Agent

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 4,500–5,500/month
Work: On-site | Rotational Shifts

Requirements:

• Fluent Arabic & English required
• Hindi/Urdu is an advantage
• Customer service/call center experience preferred
• Experience in logistics, delivery, mobility, or e-commerce is an advantage
• Good communication, complaint-handling, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer/CRM skills

Working Schedule:

• 6 days/week
• 1 rotational day off
• 8 working hours/day + 1-hour break
• Rotating shifts based on business requirements
• May include evenings, weekends, and public holidays
