Job Description:

  • Act as the primary HSE focal point for project sites, management, and clients.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Plan in line with contractual and company requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies, legal regulations, and client-specific safety requirements.

  • Advise and support Project Managers and Site Management on all HSE matters throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and workplace assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.

  • Monitor project HSE performance and prepare periodic reports, KPIs, and management updates.

  • Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Analyze HSE trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project safety performance.

  • Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, awareness sessions, and safety training to employees and contractors.

  • Identify workplace hazards, perform risk assessments, and implement effective control measures.

  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with HSE standards and contractual obligations.

  • Promote HSE best practices and foster a strong safety culture across project teams.

  • Maintain all HSE documentation, records, permits, and statutory reports.

  • Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders on HSE-related matters.

  • Ensure implementation and compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems where applicable.

  • Monitor environmental performance and ensure proper waste management and pollution prevention practices.

  • Support project execution during site preparation, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

  • Utilize digital HSE management systems for reporting, inspections, and documentation.

  • Exercise Stop Work Authority whenever unsafe conditions or unsafe acts pose a risk to personnel, assets, or the environment.

  • Capture and communicate lessons learned to support continuous improvement across future projects.

  • Support the implementation of HSE improvement programs across projects and local business units.

  • Ensure compliance with Linxon's Code of Conduct, business ethics, and regulatory requirements.

  • Travel to project sites as required to provide HSE support and oversight.
