Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Law, Business Management, or equivalent. Min 12 years' experience in the domain of Contracts Administration, Quantity Survey, Estimation, for Oil & Gas EPC Industries. With a good Post-award subcontracts administration background. Experience on Mega OFFSHORE EPC projects (range of some Bil USD).
