• (NCR etc..) after validation of the Site Manager.
• · Scheduling audits of the Subcontractors regarding documentation and quality follow-up.
• · Conducting IPI / FI checks during project execution as per QMS checklists.
• · Preparing fortnightly report of QMS at site.
• · Preparation of Method Statement / Work Instructions related to Works.
• · Qualitative control of the packaging (shock, indicator, scars, and bents.)
• · Quantitative and qualitative of the materials/equipment versus packing lists.
• · Control of the incoming & outgoing material to/from storage areas (respect of registering and documenting MR reports).
